Greetings to you in the Precious Name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Good Morning. I would like to preach a good message to you from Genesis 32:24-32.Let us start our God’s Message:

1.Early Morning Prayer:

24 So Jacob was left alone, and a man wrestled with him till daybreak. 25 When the man saw that he could not overpower him, he touched the socket of Jacob’s hip so that his hip was wrenched as he wrestled with the man. 26 Then the man said, “Let me go, for it is daybreak.”( Gen.32:24-26).

Jacob was left alone. There are some important times we need to be alone with GOD. This beginning of the year, I was alone with the Almighty in prayer and reading God’s word from 4.00 a.m. to 6.00 a.m. God revealed to me a wonderful revelation message from James 1:17, which I preached in the New Grace church in Chennai. Jesus was an victorious young man during his ministry life. One of the secrets to his spiritual success was, He spent quality time with the Father God in each morning. This is mentioned in Mark 1:35, which says: 35 And in the morning, rising up a great while before day, he went out, and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed. Praying people will have success in life. If do not pray in the morning, you cannot have success.

2.What is your name?

But Jacob replied, “I will not let you go unless you bless me.”The man asked him, “What is your name? “Jacob,” he answered. Then the man said, “Your name will no longer be Jacob, but Israel,[f]because you have struggled with God and with humans and have overcome.”(Gen.26B–28).

God loved Jacob. He said: Jacob, I have loved. Because Jacob appreciated God’s blessing. He wanted to inherit God’s blessings. Enemies will speak bad about you. But, if you have desire to be blessed, you can be blessed. God shows no favoritism. He loves all people. His special love is towards His children who respect God’s blessing. He is asking you, what is your name, even though He knows your name from the beginning of the world. Jacob means supplanter (deceiver). God changed his name into Israel, which means prince with God. He will make you a Prince or Princess. God is willing to change your life. In the O.T. God changed Abram into Abraham (exalted father).In the N.T. God changed SAUL into PAUL. Jesus changed Simon into Peter. Similarly, He will change your life. Your spiritual name is important for you to get your blessing and lead you into your destiny.

3.THE NAME OF THE LORD:

29 Jacob said, “Please tell me your name.”But he replied, “Why do you ask my name?” Then he blessed him there.30 So Jacob called the place Peniel,saying, “It is because I saw God face to face, and yet my life was spared.”(Gen.32:29-30).

Being born again experience is good, change of name also better, but most importantly, Knowing God’s name is best way to be blessed in life. What is the name of the LORD? Isaiah prophesied The Lord’s name in 9 th chapter 6 th verse. His name is wonderful, Counseller, mighty God, Everlasting Father and Prince of Peace. Jesus means Savior of the world, Immanuel means God with us.Matt.1:21,23.When you know and understand and believe in His name, you will have victory in life. Otherwise you cannot have success in life or in your career. This is prophecy for your life. Understand God’s name. Believe in the only true God. Peniel means face of God. When you see the face of God, you will be blessed. You will have safe life.

4.God’s Blessing:

“The sun rose above him as he passed Peniel, and he was limping because of his hip. Therefore to this day the Israelites do not eat the tendon attached to the socket of the hip, because the socket of Jacob’s hip was touched near the tendon”(Gene.32:31-32).

If you want sun to rise upon your life, you need to believe in “JESUS THE SUN OF RIGHTEOUSNESS”. Sun is necessary for energy, light and life for the living organisms. More importantly, you need the Lord Jesus in your life. Malachi 4:2 says: But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall. Fear God, reverence the LORD and believe on Jesus the Sun of Righteousness. You will have a healthy life and growing life and victorious life.

5.PRAYER:

Heavenly Father, thank you for this time of speaking with you. You and me are majority in this world. Today, I pray that you will reveal yourself your name to me. I believe you are my Almighty God. As you made Abraham the father many nations, bless me similarly. As you changed Jacob into a Prince, Make me the Prince over my people. This is my prayer. I want to be that Prince. Thank you Lord Jesus for healing me saving me and delivering me from the enemy and making me the overcomer. I will win and have successful life in the name of Jesus. Father, I appreciate your spiritual blessing, financial blessing and physical blessing. I humbly thank you for your blessing. I know Father your Name. LORD ,your name is JESUS. Thank your LORD GOD. I pray this prayer in the precious Name of Jesus my LORD. Amen.
